[ ADD ME ]

My OCD started to manifest itself in my late teens. It came to a head in my early 20's, but then subsided for awhile before coming back in a big way 3 years ago. I did a course of CBT 2 years ago, which made a significant difference for a while, but then the OCD started to get bad again. Been in traditional therapy half my life and tried, oh, just about every medication currently legal in the US. =)

music, foreign movies, manga, graphic novels, funny blogs, writing and trivia. If you like music trivia, go to http://trivia.billboard.com/ and check out all the quizzes they have there. I've created some myself under my member name "conradjared". I also like Kathy Griffin, Margaret Cho, John Stewart, Keith Olbermann, Fareed Zakaria, Jeanne Moos, Candy Crowley, Anderson Cooper, Jim Lehrer, KT Tatara, Amy Poehler, Seth Meyers, Tina Fey, Bobby Lee, Aasif Mandvi, and Rob Riggle.

people with no sense of humor or personality, crowds, the outdoors, reptiles, people who wear fur or make or promote fur products (die J.Lo!), people who keep lionizing Ronald Reagan, Steve Zahn (I don't know why, but he just irritates me so much), horror movies, jazz, American Idol, Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Bill O'Reilly, Ann Coulter, Michelle Malkin and other blowhards, Hugo Chavez, Kim Jung Il, Ahmadinejad, the government of Saudi Arabia and other oppressive regimes, and plenty of other things.
