Former martial arts instructor, and now male nurse. I run marathons and do wood working. Unfortunatly, over the last few years my anxious moments have grown together untill they have become the rule not the exception. So here I am..and I am gonna pull it together. I have come to realize that I probably have OCD. I have seen my docs but my first psych appt. is not for another month...
