suffering

I've had ocd for 21 years, i take klonipin for it but am not getting enough

i'm on ssd and feel like a loser, i can relate to the millions who suffer from fear, fear sucks, i also drink which i shouldnt do, i seem to suffer daily, i don't understand why my brain works this way, if any of you are improving i'm happy for you, if any suffer i hope it ends quickly

hope it gets better man I know how u feel. Ive had ocd for 15 years some days are great and some I dont want to rember. also winter seems to make things worse for me. I NEED MORE SUN

Some days are better for me than others, but most lately are a daily struggle so I can relate there.  For me I find that drinking makes me more anxious or in a depressed state so I try to avoid that.  I hope you feel better soon or at least in a state of peace/relaxation.
