ocd worst

hi tribe as i said before in here i was in a marriage of 25 years which ended about four months ago but it seems when i was married i could get my ocd under control but now i cant seem to do it i guess is it because of the extra stress on my life because of my marriage ending. all i know is i now have no fight could this have made me worst?

Yes!  That is a HUGE amount of stress and when you add that to your OCD it often makes things so much harder.  Stay strong and good luck.

sounds like u got touch of depression as well..its had an effect on you..can u sleep? do u feel like u cant be bothered anymore with things? no dout this would make ur ocd worst..
