eah all i was prescribed citalapram about a month ago my thoughts have been worst ever since weird cough things iv created in my head are starting to make me believe them anyone else ever experience this crap

Better look at the manufacturer.  There is one brand of generic citalopram out there that, in my experience, has been totally ineffective.  Check the manufacturer and get back to me.
