I'm really sorry you're going through this hun. I went through severe depression after my boys were born, and decreased appetite and less sleep are classic symptoms of depression. I lost 10 pounds at one point. With medicine and counseling and lots of prayer I pulled through it. Are you on meds? I agree with Blue on your breathing technique. Try that and see if it helps. Hang in there until Friday. You can do this. Take care and let us know how you are.

-I'm sorry your feeling so bad right now. I wish there was something I could say or do that would help. When you start to feel really bad, try to focus on your breath. Just brethe deeply in through your nose and out through your mouth. Just notice your breath...do this for a few minutes, you should start to feel better. Hang in there.

First off  God is there.  Just put your faith in him. Secondly try and step back and get some perspective these are the symptoms of a disease you are experiencing and in time you will control them with meds, therapy and especialy faith. but it will take time. Good Luck.
