Hello.
well
its
now
11
weeks
on
sertraline,
i
got
pretty
good,things
were
quite
well
under
control
but
after
6
months
off
i
went
back
to
work,
they
are
easing
me
in
slowly
just
doing
half
days
for
a
few
weeks
and
going
round
with
people
just
to
get
back
into
it,
the
last
week
have
been
pretty
awful
my
heads
been
in
a
constant
whirl
where
i'm
either
having
thoughts
about
beating
people
up
or
smashing
every
thing
up
or
just
getting
a
thought
to
scream
out
soo
loud,
i
am
doing
none
of
these
things
and
trying
to
let
it
all
go
through
me
just
hoping
the
more
i
go
back
to
work
and
face
my
fears
it
will
start
to
settle
down
and
my
thoughts
become
happy
again,
my
head
seems
so
all
over
the
place
some
times
from
driving
my
car
into
people
and
objects
or
just
feeling
like
i
want
to
cry,
i
think
the
sertraline
is
helping
me
but
it
is
struggling
to
face
the
extra
strain
work
is
putting
on
it,
i
won't
give
up
i
have
too
many
things
to
fight
for,
take
care
fellow
over
thinkers
