Who are you and why are you in my skin? I see you in the mirror and you look like me, but you make me feel like a stranger, an alien. I don't like these thoughts you put in my head. I hate the things you make me see and feel. I hate you.

You hate the ocd. I hate it too. I hate what it has done to my family. I can not see your reflection in the mirror but I do see your lil pig icon. Ill tell you what I think of when I do. I think how kind you are to others. How nice your comments are and your words of encouragement. Even when you have so much on your plate you help others. I hope sometimes soon you can look into the mirror and see the beautiful person you are and not see any ocd.
