Trying to figure things out

So my job is well underway and the only problem I'm having is not bringing work home with me. the things that make this job so enjoyable is the things that have been OCD ticks for me for a very long time. Paper work, recording every little detail of the day and hand washing. its difficult not to contiue it when the work day ends.

I know how hard this is for you and how happy you were when you got the job but you have to try really hard not to do this when you get home i know easier said than done but try to stay strong and think what a great accomplishment it will be when you do it good luck.

Yes, triggers can be bad especially if it's coming from work.  But tell youself you can handle them.  Stay strong. Jerry
