I
have
an
idea
everyone! Who
knows
of
the
book
Post
Secret
?
If
you
don't,
go
look
at
it!
It
deals
with
people
submitting
post
cards
about
"secrets"
they
have.
Something
as
simple
as:
"I
never
sing
because
I'm
afraid
someone
will
hear
me"
to
something
more
serious
like:
"I
tell
my
husband
I'm
at
a
tuperware
party
but
really
I'm
having
an
affair
with
his
best
friend". I
LOVE
this
book
because
it's
a
simple
reminder
that
EVERYONE
has
issues/secrets/etc.
and
while
some
don't
resonate
with
me
as
personally,
some
do-
and
it
helps. SOOOO
i
was
thinking
...when
I'm
in
an
OCD
funk---it's
hard
to
get
out
of
it,
and
it
helps
to
come
on
here
and
talk
to
someone
and
hear
that
other
people
get
through
it.
but
often
times,
in
my
experience
here,
its
more
venting
about
OCD
then
trying
to
"manage"
it. SO
my
idea:::
members
send
me
anonymous
obsessions/compulsions. then,
if
you
want
to
go
on
further,
maybe
include
: 1.
how
it
affects
you?
how
do
you
feel? 2.
do
you
want
to
be
doign
this? 3.
How
do
you
manage
this? then...if
people
do
this
I
could
use
i
toward
a
life
dream
of
mine
to
:
help
make
awareness
of
ocd
more
real...
something
more
than
the
stereotyped
"neat
freaks"
(
I
could
publish
these
in
a
book
(like
post
secret)
or
make
a
blog)
Anything
that
gains
awareness.
and
the
best
part--it
could
be
run
by
us!
people
who
have
and
live
iwht
OCD
---not
a
psychologist
who
just
has
"book"
knowledge I
know
this
is
just
an
idea,
and
some
people
may
not
want
it. BUt
i
know
that
i
have
obsessions
that
I'm
ashamed
of
telling---I'm
guessing
some
people
do
as
well.
Wouldn't
it
be
nice
to
put
it
out
there
with
no
name
attatched
and
possibly
help
others
relate
to
you?? any
thoughts? I
feel
kind
of
ambitious
today
and
am
having
a
good
day.
hope
this
idea
seems
okay....message
me
privately
with
thoughts.
if
enough
people
are
interested---
I
may
want
to
make
this
into
an
OCD
project!
