Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

I wonder if you are feeling depressed because you are back to work after a long absence in which you left to improve your ocd symptoms. Maybe you feel as though you are back to work and nothing has changed with your ocd. But that isn't true. you took quite a few challenging steps over the last few months. and you returned to your job. that took great courage. maybe you can't see it right now but you are stronger than when you left. and don't worry about your mum. that's what she's there for. i have made many sacrifices for my son and have expected nothing in return. that's what a good mom does. so let her comfort you if you need it. draw strentgh from her and remember no guilt allowed. you know how mr. ocd loves guilt. don't let him have it. you are going to be okay again. it is still very new being back at work. you need more time to adjust.

its good to have a supportive mum and dad> goes along way to helping you keep positive not feel the anxiety ocd issues are such a burden

Everyone in the world, needs someone at thir back. We are a social species. We need others to survive. Give your Mom a break and allow her to help you. You both may feel better for it.

 I find it best to simply tell people how much you appreciate them. 

Obviously actions speak louder than words, but it never hurts to tell someone,

" Thank you, I appreciate you, and I love you."

Also when I need a new mood sometimes if I find the right song it helps tremendously.

be thankful that u have a famliy that understands and supports u if your fight. Imagine if they didnt how much harder it would be for u and them. Just give your mom a hug and thats all the thanks she will need. thats all moms ever want is to be appriected. keep fighting it will get better.
