Woohoo
today
i
had
my
last
psychologist
appointment
i
knew
we
where
coming
to
an
end
but
today
we
decided
that
i
have
been
doing
well
lately
not
cut
in
a
few
weeks
and
now
i
need
to
go
it
alone
well
not
totally
alone
i
will
still
be
seeing
my
psychiatrist
but
thats
every
8
weeks
so
thats
okay. I
was
worried
at
first
because
i
did
become
obsessed
with
my
pychologist
and
not
having
the
contact
with
him
i
thought
would
make
me
worse
but
i
understand
i
cannot
rely
on
him
too
much
so
here
goes
it
alone
i
hope
i
don't
fail
and
i
need
to
remember
there
will
be
days
that
are
maybe
not
as
good
as
others
but
don't
dwell
on
it
and
just
right
them
off.
