Intensive therapy Rogers Hospital

I don't know if I am going to be able to pull this off. I am taking a leave of absence from work for at the least 2 weeks and going into a program from 9 to 3 daily. I am so afraid that this will be another useless attempt to feel better.

I will for sure give a report.  Right now I am going to a general program there.  The waiting list is horribly long for there OCD program more than likely I will be doing that after the general program.  I have been on the waiting list for the OCD program for about a month all ready.  So if you are considering it get on the list its a long wait.

I looked into a program at Rogers, but haven't signed up yet. It would be great if you could share your experiences there, good and bad. I think it would be helpful to many of us here on the tribe to hear what it's really like. I hope it goes well for you!

Hey i have never done anything like that or heard of anything like that done where i live but try to go into it with a positive mind if you go in expecting it to be a waste of time more than likely you won't benefit anything from it so i hope it does go well for you and i would be interested to hear how it goes.

Naturally you'll have feelings about entering such a program. You are surely nervous. It will hopefully be really good for you, so try to enter with a positive mindset. If you feel like you're being punished, maybe that's just some part of your psychology laying a trip on you.

I've been to an intensive therapy program in Massachusetts. It was over 10 years ago, but it really did help alot. Just try to keep the gains you make. It can change your life if you let it.

 Oh its so great you can go to this program!  it will definitely help you learn the therapy and get you a good start.  Then you can continue to use the skills as you go back to work and your regular experiences.  Good for you!!
