Are OCDs not just another phobia, fear of being attacked, fear of being burgled, fear of getting drity and germs on us, I think most OCDs could be eliminated in as little as one two hour session using Hypnotherapy, NLP and EFT, I also think to some people it serves an alternative motive, and you who have that alternative motive understand what I mean. It gets you out of doing the things you do not like or wish to do, it allowd control over others in some instances, as it gets parntenrs to DO more things perhaps around the house. what do you think???????????????????????????????????????????????

 

OCD, three letters that change lives, why do we get them, and why cant we get rid of them so easily, they, over time become deep neural pathways in the brain, like brushing our teeth, try brushing them with the other hand and a fifferent way, you will find it hard to do, an OCD can be reframed I believe, just as fast as it can be develloped, it is a learned behaviour for what ever reason, be it from fear, from abuse, from being told something excessively like a teacher calling a child stupid day in day out, eventually a child will take it in and onboard, neural pathway gets created and the more the child is refered to as STUPID the deeper the pathway gets like a cars tires driving up a grass drive way, getting deeper and deeper as the time goes on, until one day it simply gets stuck in the rutt. But all can be changed, WHAT DO YOU WANT TO CHANGE EH. My issue is nail biting.

Make it happen


The obstacle itself is not enough to stop you. What stops you is your assumption that you can’t get past that obstacle.


The problem is not that you have too much of this or too little of that. The problem is, you’re waiting for perfect conditions that will never come.


The achievement that really happens, happens in the real world. The things that get done, get done in less than ideal conditions.


Don’t make excuses for why you can’t get it done. Focus on all the reasons why you must make it happen.


There will always be challenges. And there will always be something you can do to get beyond each one.


Listen closely, and hear that your dreams are calling you. Feel their pull, feel their positive power, and do what it takes to make them real.

Well you said alot.... anything can be changed, and at first change may seem a little uncomfortable... like brushing your teeth with the other hand... however if you focus on that and practice then soon you will be able to brush your teeth with your other hand and it will then feel weird to switch back.... with ocd you also have the ability to change... when you catch yourself about to do something ocdish... rethink or say out loud I don't want to do this... reform the pathways in your brain.. set up your own road map... and if anyone ever called you stupid... you are not... you are on this planet for a reason and you need to look at yourself in the mirror and  look into your eyes and smile at yourself... Because each of us, in our own way, are amazing!
