I know I havn't been around a lot lately, but I'm doing okay. My meds are working very well and I'm working things out in therapy. I only clean my house once a week now (instead of everyday) and I'm sleeping through the night and not checking things. The only thing left now is the food obsession. This is something I have struggled with for the last seven years (started when I lost my son) I really want to loose this weight and stop letting food control my life. I gained a hundred pounds in the year I lost my son and I'm ready to shed those pounds and the guilt that I have been stuffing down with the food for the last seven years. So with your support I'd like to loose at least a hundred pounds.

I do this too.  With my OCD recovery, I've been able to focus more on balancing my diet and including exercise which has led to some weight loss.  Exercise itself has been a huge release for my frustrations with OCD and gives me a feeling of strength and competence.  My eating habits are harder to tackle, but I'm trying to take everything one day at a time, live in the moment and be mindful always.

Take care of yourself first and foremost and don't beat yourself up.  I know it's hard.  If you need to talk, I'm here.
