Im having a bit of a rough time this week. Does anyone know if being on your period increases the ocd symptoms? SOrry dudes. My therapist said the more you fight back to your ocd if fights right back and mutates and tries to trick you in different ways. This week im having trouble because i feel like i have this attitude where i FEEL i want to say these bad things i dont care about saying bad things and its worse than normal. Its like I have another personality. I am not sure if this is the ocd tricking me. Is the ocd that powerful? Its so hard to tell yourself its not you, when you feel it inside you. Its almost like im in a daze and this attitude washes over me and the bad feelings come with the non caring. Does anyone else every have this? I feel like i am taking steps back and have done a lot of rituals this week.

A test or an examination is an assessment intended to measure a test-taker's knowledge, skill, aptitude, physical fitness, or classification in many other topics. A test may be administered orally, on paper, on a computer, or in a confined area that requires a test taker to physically perform a set of skills. Tests vary in style, rigor and requirements.

without a doubt - hormones make my anxiety worse - which makes my checking and worrying worse.  I understand that mood you're describing. I hope you feel better soon!

Since we live in a male dominated world in which the natural cycles of women are not honored. In fact they are dishonored. The monthly cycle certainly becomes a triggering factor in all the mental illnesses. Who could rejoice at the monthly cycle referred to by many as the curse.

i have heard that being on your period can increase ocd symptoms.  Also,  my symptoms were very very mild until i got pregnant.  so i'm pretty sure that hormones definately play a part!
