So
my
ocd
has
been
a
pain
in
the
butt.
I
have
been
in...
Scartch
that
WAS
in
a
serious
relationship
for
almost
a
year.
Until
my
ocd
decided
to
start
targeting
her.
It
got
so
bad
that
I
felt
like
I couldn't
breathe
around
her.
So

So
I
went
to
group
tonight
and
it
was
really
great.
I
allowed
myself
to
actually
be
more
myself
and
let
my
fears
and
neuroticism
show

instead
of
clamming
up
and
hiding

I have
a
great
big
presentation
at
work

when
i
was
younger,
but
now
im
finding
myself
doing
the
same
dumb
things,
why

i
need
to
have
the
last

or
just
simply
win
an argument.

Someone,
a
certfied
sufferer
from
ocd
claimed
that
ocd
is
self
centered
thinking.
Magnifying
the
importance
of
one
self.
Agree
or
disagree
or
somewhere
in
between?
What
do
you
think?

With
OCD,
everything
becomes
a
life
or
death
decision.
Even
the
situations
where
the
problem
at
hand
amounts
to
a
realistic
minimal
level
of
bad
or
good,
we
still
put
this
weight
on
each
scenario
or event
that
requires
a
decision
to
be
made
one
