So,
very
recently
I
have
been
listening
to
NPR
Talk
Radio
on
my
way
to
and
from
work.
This
morning
they
were
talking
about
the
first
facility
built
in
America
to
try
and
help
those
patients
with
mental
illness.
It
was
built
by
the
Quakers,
and

today
was
a
bad
day.
my
fears
overcame.
i
felt
so
weak.
i
always
have
these
thoughts
about
selling
souls
to
the
devil
and
i
just
can't
take
it.
it
stops
me
from
doing
what
I
want
to
do.
it
also
made
me
doubt
about
God's
power.
it

I
should
be
relieved
..the
last
3
days
i
have
been
away
from
home
down
south
with
voluntary
work
we
travelled
over
1500km
by
car.
attended
two
reviews.
i
ate
freely
lunch
and
breakfast
and
also
managed
a
different
dinner.
but
now
im
all
anxious

read
the
book
"Brain
Lock"
by
Jeffrey
Schwartz?.
I
keep
hearing
really
good
things
about
this
book
so
I'm
tempted
to
buy
it
for
myself.
I
just
thought
I
would
get
some
feedback
on
if
it
actually
helps
with
