Hello
everyone,I
have
had
this
OCD
for
23
long
years
now.
I
have
had
so
many
therapists
and
I
have
been
on
almost
every
kind
of
medication
there
is
out
there.
I
have
religious
obsessional
thinking.
I
pray
compulsively.
I
am
63
and
happily

Today
I
had
a
panic
attack....at
work...the
first
one
in
about
a
year
and
½.
I
was
debilitated,
it
scared
me
and
made
me
feel
terrible
for
the
rest
of
the
day.
My
heart
was
pounding
and
vivid
"memories"
for
lack
of
better
terminology
were

last
few
days
have
been
much
harder
for
me,
and
i
have
been
told
by
my
therapist
that
i
have
to
throw
away
my
nailbrush
in
2
weeks
time.
I
am
so
scared
to
do
this
as
that
has
been
my
safety
net,
i
cant
imagine
life
without
my
nailbrush.
I
have
