I
woke
up
about
five
this
morning.
Someone
i
was
speaking
to
on
the
phone
last
night
made
me
ill
so
i
had
a
broken
night's
sleep
generally
panicking
and
vomiting.
So
i
woke
up
early,anxious,
to
sort
out
my
room.
Then
i
went
to
clean
the

Well,
it
is
Wednesday,
actually
it
is
going
to
be
Thurdsday,
and
it's
2:58
am
est.
Wednesday
is
a
class
day,
which
means
the
day
is
field
with
physical
and
mental
activity.
I
did
have
a
break
thru
today.
I
started
the
day
at
8
am
and
went
until

Just
wanted
to
update
on
Jake.
He
has
completed
two
sessions
of
therapy
on
his
own
with
no
major
complaints!!
What
an
answered
prayer!
I
told
him
he
had
to
go
at
least
five
sessions
and
when
I
mentioned
going
once
a
month
after
