Do
any
of
you
ever
feel
like
there
comes
a
time
when
the
OCD
gets
so
bad
that
you
think
this
is
the
way
it
is
and
it's
never
going
to
change?
It
is
beyond
fear
just
the
will
to
get
through
the day
and
be
able
to
to
sleep
for
a
few
hours

It's
been
a
while
since
I
wrote
a
blog,
and
just
a
little
update
on
how
I'm
doing.
I'm
doing
OK
:).
I
can
now
go
out
in
public
without
debilitating
fear
of
other
people's
germs,
or a
large
fear
of
contracting
something.

If
something
is
important
to
me,
I
have
a
huge
problem
talking
about,
asking
questions,
and
simply
communicating.
I
lock
my
emotions
in
and
slowly
get
overtaken
by
anxiety.
And
then
it
gets
even worse,
the
more
anxious
I
feel
the
less
likely

I
have
a
three
year
old
brother
who
was
born
with
a
heart
defect.
When
he
was
born,
my
ocd
was
really
bad
(it
had
gotten
pretty
severe).
Anyway,
no
one
knew
he
was
dying
day
by
day.
The
doctor
later told
us
that
a
cold
could
have
killed
him.
He
