last
two
days
have
been
rather
stressful
.
Jeremy's
OCD
has
been
so
intense
the
last
couple
of
days
(
which
is
partly
due
to
agrueements
&
disagreements
with
certain
members
of
his
family
)
to
say

least

anyone
know
about
gamma
and
the
efects
that
its
suposed
to
have
on
ocd?
Esspececually
long
term
sufferer.
I
read
about
it
and
they
said
it
cured
the
disorder
by
completly
removing
the
sypmtoms
but
it
is
still
in
the
experimental
stages

better

if
anything
im
worse.
my
therapist
forgot
about
our
appointment,
so
i
waited
for
an
hour
for
no
reason
outside
her
office.
we
rescheduled
for
friday,
but
that
seems
like
so
long
from
now.
i
need
her
help
NOW.

contamination,
although
Im
not
as
bad
as
some
and
alot
of
it
has
passed
but
still"

need
to
wash
constantly
in
a
certain
way
This
includes
clothing
,
self,
everything!!

stupid

trapped.

past
week
has
been
a
blur
of
Thanksgiving
preparations,
cooking,
shopping
and
more
shopping.
At
the
orthodontist
today
there
was
Christmas
music
playing
and
two
thoughts
came
over
me.
The
first
one
being
how
boring
the
music
is
and
how
it
