new

admitting

hard

every
night
I
look

closets,
check

Well
first

all

like
to
tell
you
that
the
diet
plan
i
have
chosen
to
start
is
called
Optislim.
Basically
i
have
an
optislim
milkshake
in
the
morning
and
then
at
lunch
and
optislim
soup
or
shake
and
then
in
the
evening
