fight

fixation

afraid

driving

shopping

generally
circle
around
intrusive
thoughts
about
harming
loved
ones,
germs
and
contamination,
and
the
well
being

my
two
year
old

havnt
been
to
bad
lately
due
to
medication
and
great
therapy
BUT
tonight

was

settled

new
trailor

we
trying
to
get
back
into
the
swing
of
things

haven't
done
a
darn
thing
today
but
just
laid
arround

been
lazy

cold

out
of
petrol
so
i
had
to
rely
on
a
passing
motorists
good
will
to
give
me
a
lift
to
the
servo
and
back
to
my
poor
little
ford,he
was
a
great
old
fella
except
he
wore
a
hat
while
he
was
driving,haha
