ABOUT ME

I have been diagnosed with anxiety, depression, and OCD. One of my major compulsion is planning...sometimes down to 5 minute increments. I find that I'm not happy sitting and doing nothing. I work from 6:00 am - 04:30 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday and unable to communicate during this time.

No, I did not know that he has ADHD. I think that is wonderful. One of my friends has been having her son, who also has ADHD, swim to help. I was reading Phelps is on a 12000 calorie diet! He has been doing an amazing job, he is a swimming machine!!
