I have ocd,and panic disorder.I have had anxiety problems my whole life.Most of my ocd is social phobia,rereading,rechecking things,looking at things over and over again,evaluating my self,every thing i say or do.I joined this group to reach out to others to help and be helped

Just thought i'd say hello. Haven't been on here much lately i've been recording, and working on a new video. been really busy. but still have anxiety, and ocd. just try not to think about it as much as i can. but some days it still catch's up to you. no matter what you do.hope you are doing good. hey, Im doing okay..things have been kinda rough lately so Im seeing a behavior therapist which of course makes my anxiety worse but hopefully will bring good results in the end..need to play my guitar more and chill, man. That sounds good right now. How are you doing?
