im have 28 years old . and i have ocd when im 9 years old and it started in movement rituals ...then pray ritulas ...then Recurrence stuff ... of course During these events�� have Depression and stress� . i try� to be free from these but i cant� ...Medicine help me little .

i try to be happy man and have agood relationship with friends and I try hard to Continue but if ocd come that destroy every thing .. i hate ocd soo much and if he man i killed him its horrible� disqusting ..Painful..incredibly� matter.

Anas, I came by to see how you were doing. While I was on yor page, I listened to your music. I enjoyed the one called study in high school but could not figure out the other one. Is it about ocd? Life''s dailyness?
