Hi,

My name is Lauren and I was first dignosed with ocd when I was 9 yrs old. The symptoms started when my great grandma died... I use to rearrange my room everyday! I finally out grew that ! I have gotten alot better since I have been on meds. The meds do help but I cant stand the side effects, gaining weight, dry mouth, etc.... I think the side effects are worse then the actually disorder!!

Some of my ocd problems are germs, I love little kid stuff even though I am 22 yrs old!! I am an complusive buyer.. I love to shop! and alot more stuff that i dont feel like typing...

Hi Lauren, I was just browsing and came across your pic. I've never met you before so I wanted to stop in and say hi. I would love to talk to you more if you would like that. The more friends the merrier! I've had ocd for a while now, but it was never a big problem until recently. I take meds too and I hate the weight gain, but wouldn't want to see how I would be without them.If you don't mind me asking, what meds are you on?
