My OCD comes out in situations when I have stress in my life. I´ve battled with depression and finally feel that I´m on top of it but Ocd...doing my best and definitely not giving up!!! There are good days and bad days and then the days when you just want to move to a tropical island where you don´t have to think about anything!!!
I´m quite sensitive and insecure about certain things and that brings out symptoms as well.I feel guilty about my thoughts if they are not what another person wishes they were and end up washing hands, clothes etc. I also have unwanted thoughts and feel guilty about almost everything sometimes.
Otherwise I try to stay positive and have a lot of dreams, and also quite stubborn which can be a good thing as well! :)
