Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

I've had OCD since my early teenage years, but displayed OCD tendencies as a child. I've used many different treatments, ranging from CBT and ERP to medications. 97% of the time, my OCD is well controlled. I try to read everything I can about OCD theories and treatments.
