Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

I am born and raised in KY. I am a Pure O recovery case. I believe myself to have beaten what some would call the demon of OCD.I know we are never fully cured but I do believe I have put it into remission. I will still be around if you need words of encouragement but my episodes of ocd spikes have become so very rare I think I can honestly say its no longer a problem.

spending time playing board games with the family or watching movies, playing or coaching sports, playing cyberdunk the online basketball mmorpg, when I have less spikes of pure O during the day, and the days I feel normal
