47 year old single male with OCD for atleast the last 5 years.. My main fear is of contamination but also do a little checking and hoarding.. I'm looking for support from people with this disorder and know what it's like to live with this terrible disorder. I'm open to suggestions and would like to talk to people who might have some but also looking for suggestions as well.
