Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Im 27 yrs old and Ive had intrusive thoughts, doubts and questioning for almost as long as I can remember. Sometimes over the years Ive felt great, other times have been really bad. Im trying to live my life the best I can with these issues. Its nice to know Im not alone.

Food, My family, my girlfriend, motorcycles, good tunes, reading, Guitar Hero, Playstation 3,
work, and I like working out but I should do it way more. Oh and I love fishing too!

Disruptive thoughts and ideas, constantly checking mentally to see if said thoughts/ideas hold water. Never getting a good answer that lasts. South Florida drivers, the little ads that fall out of magazines when your trying to read them
