Is that don quixote in your tattoo? I went to that region in Spain once. TY for commenting on my blog. There isn't a secret really.. but there is a turning point. It's a point at which you take that step.. a risk to dare to believe your own mind is lying to you. Once you make that step, things do improve.. how much is variable but often dependent in part of how hard we work at it. So, you can affect it. I feel bad for the place you are at because you don't yet see exactly how the ocd works in you or how much of it is a lie. You will. I believe that. I've seen your posts and I really believe you will get a lot better than you are now. You can get there. Don't give up or give in. Get mad if it helps but at the OCD and not yourself. Don't give it too much credit either - laugh at it as often as possible.

Don't feel bad for your parents. Maybe for yourself, but Mamma's don't ever want to see the kids leave.
