ABOUT ME

I am a single mother of a lovely 2 year old daughter - I call her "Wazzer" because she is an emotional kid and tends to cry a lot...Get it? Waah, waah...wazzer. I am recently diagnosed with OCD and have been looking for things to help. My issues are mainly the obsessive part more-so than the compulsions (at present moment). I am looking to meet likeminded people to chat with and get to know better - maybe help each other out!


LIKES
I love just hanging out and playing with my two year old daughter, reading and journaling, exercizing, dancing, exotic foods, walking and hiking when the weather is cool, wine, tea, coffee, politics, old cult horror classics, David Bowie, the season of autumn, rainy days, babies, trying new things, researching and learning, WWII history, the list goes on...

DISLIKES
mayonnaise, mushrooms, no soap in the restroom (and no hand sanitizer in my purse), people who don't like kids and babies, not being able to fall asleep at night, crying...

i dont know the definition of love,i tried to find it but couldnt get yet.how can some body break ur heart so easily.but iam not broken.i have only these things to say When life had dried my spirit parched away the sparkle in my eyes, you gave me tears, that my dreams might drink again, and their roots might reach out seeking new gardens in my heart, You gave me the dewdrops i did every thing which nobody could dare.but i dont mind,because in her happiness ,lies my happiness.wherever u are i pray for u.

MUSIC
Bowie, Love and Rockets, Peter Murphy...a lot of the alternative rock before EVERYTHING was called "alternative". Other genres I love are Blues (BB King is incredible!), rockabilly, swing, Christian Alternative, trance/techno, and reggae...

BOOKS
"Embrace Grace" by Liz Curtis Higgs, "The Ragamuffin Gospel" by Brennan Manning (my favorite author of all time), and "Messy Spirituality" by Michael Yaconnelli - I tend to like spiritual Christian books that warm the heart like a cup of tea to the soul... I like to read something where I can feel God's love radiating off the page and into my heart!

MOVIES
I like old war movies, cult classics,sci fi, documentaries, PIXAR movies - don't exactly have a favorite one at the moment, but those are the genres I normally am drawn to.

HOBBIES
With a two year old, hobbies are basically non-existant...though I do love to read and write when I can! I'd love to take up cake decorating though...that sounds like fun.
