Hi Lamont,my sons a personal trainer,he loves lifting his weights,hes training my other son who suffers from ocd and he also loves it,he is anxous if he hasnt done his workout now.

I don't tend to have a big problem with it. Its just if certain things aren't a certain way it tends to throw me off the handle.
