ABOUT ME

I am based in London, I have had OCD for about 15 years, I have only recently been diagnosed. I am a Producer/Sound Engineer and am involved in Music. My OCD has evolved over time but mostly its thought based-in that I get horrible unwanted thoughts and it feels like my mind is going at 1000mph sometimes. I have joined this site after doing some online research into OCD. If you want to share experiences or talk, contact me.
