Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

I have OCD which is sometimes called Pure O. I have had it since I was a teenager but it was only diagnosed about 3 years ago. I have had CBT and am generally in control of it but still enjoy chatting to others because I know I will relapse and need support in the future. I also like offering skills that I've learnt to other sufferers.
