Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Hi, I'm Jen! Found this site via an add from Twitter so thought I'd sign up. I guess this will be useful for those bad times when I'm feeling a little crazy. So basically, I've struggled with mental health issues since I was 14 when GP put me on prozac which sent me potty to the point I was misdiagnosed with psychosis. In the last 2 years I paid privately to see a psych as�I was getting sick of the crappy treatment I'd recieved for years,�who then diagnosed me with OCD (on top of my depression and GAD). Since then things have sorta fallen in to place, it was nice to have some sort of a label to the crap in my head n it wasnt 'just how I am' cos Id be pretty f@cked if I was.

Gaming, tattoos/body mods, herpetology, big cats, photography, horror, japan, hiphop, metal, cars, comics, poetry, buddhism, martial arts, cute people, sleeping.

OCD! Being constantly at war with myself in my head, people who like to play headgames when they know me, thinking too much, paranoia, not being able to sleep, blood, spiders, extreme political correctness!!!!

Varies, but mainly hiphop, metal and acoustic. Tupac, Eminem, Necro, Plan B, Foreign Beggars, Prodigy, Deftones, Killswitch Engage, Mushroomhead, Pink Floyd, relaxation/meditation music.

Buddhism/Spirituality/Crime fact books, Irvine Welsh and Bret Easton Ellis.

Ichi the killer, Oldboy, Irriversable, Halloween, Friday the 13th, Disney, anything with Christian Bale, Wolverine, Rob Zombie films, most Tartan Asia extreme. Harry Potter!!!
