Where should i start!! My name is Jayne i live in Portsmouth, UK. I am 23 years old and have been recieving treatment for OCD forover 5 years, although i remember symtoms from my childhood. My OCD mainly concerns personal cleanliness and hygine, i am scared of getting something on me that smells- particularly bodily fluids. I am terified of bodily fluids. I live with my parents still, mainly becuse i am scared that if i moved out i will completely crumble. My life has basically been on hold since my OCD got really bad and at my lowest point i wanted to end my life. I feel that it is holding me back, but i also thin i use it as an excuse for having done nothing.

I am very into music, specifically alternative music such as Foo Fighters, Green Day, Pearl Jam, My CHemcial Romance, Taking Back Sunday. I like hanging our eith my friends and watching movies that make me laugh,
