Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Im very happily married.I love chatting with all sorts of people, LOve making new friends..
I tend to obesse about things I can not control. I try to control them, even thou i can not..
which makes my life a living hell at times..
I have no children. 2 dogs 3 cats.
I work full time.
90% of my life is happy.. It's the 10% I just cry through..
Its so hard for me to not be able to do something on my own. I dont ask for much help. But then i burn out.. So lately i been forcing myself..
I always try to find the positive side foreveryone.. Except when it comes to me.. my mind takes over. To Doom and Gloom...
Why I just dont know..
I hate taking any meds.. i take them only when i need to.. again its the controling thing..

Going to church on sundays.
My husband and i watching tv on a sunday.
Laughing

Taking walks on the beach, or in the woods.
Just calm quiet times.

a lot of music. not into any rap or hip hop.

I like to read scarey books, dean koontz, Steven king.
I love to read the bible.
I also love to read the stories of people lives.
