Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

My OCD: mostly pure O. I also skin pick when nervous or to distract myself from my thoughts. My brain never stops thinking. It's hard for me to sit and not have any thoughts at all. I cannot do it. Only time I've had peace is when I was on 140mg of Paxil daily.
