ABOUT ME

I'm 20 years old, I suffer from anxiety and Obsessive compulsive disorder.

OCD consists of:
Intrusive thoughts
Guilt, criticism, doubt
Contamination fears
Washing rituals
Skin picking


I'm a Student at Pennsylvania State University, studying Psychology. I plan to get my PhD one of these days in Clinical Psychology.

Hey, I just read your blog and so sorry you are having a hard time. I know how you feel about changing therapists. It is very hard. You have so much strength and youth, I hope you will try to hook up with someone new. I had some dumb therapist I saw for ten years dump me in a single session and I never saw him again! You never really know what is going on with your doctor, I guess. TC. Pat
