I've
been
suffering
for
years
too.
I
cracked
my
tailbone
at
15
and
since
have
developed
4
bulging
discs
and
something
called
Piraformis
syndrome.
I
stopped
going
in
for
injections
a
few
years
ago
because
of
pregnancy.
I
am
actually
doing
fairly
well
with
maintaining
the
pain
on
my
own.
And
you
are
so
right,
I
do
need
to
exercise
more.
I
do
yoga
daily
but
I
don't
do
the
much
needed
stomach
crunches
for
fear
I
will
hurt
myself.
