hey nice to meet u :) yea i always feel my ocd works in cycles , and whatever tought or obsession im having feels so real at that time and then whenever i come out of it i feel like me again, my best way to describe it is i tink of it like a mask, wen the mask is on its like my ocd is there and when its off im just been me again...kinda silly but it helps me :) hope ur doin well :D
