Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

I'm a junior in high school in MD, and i have multiple anxiety disorders including OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder), GAD (general anxiety disorder), and SAD (social anxiety disorder). I also have depression and I feel like I want to feel better but I'm comfortable in a weird way in my current place in life because I'm so used to it. I love animals and music which both are helpful things that keep me going everyday. Friends and family (sometimes) are helpful but usually stressful...but I'll try to stay positive. They help me get through tough times but a lot of my friends don't even know I have these problems, and a lot of the time I think my parents think that I should be able to control my actions more. But those who have OCD probably understand me, and know that people without the disorder just dont understand...I really don't like people knowing things about me, but that kinda defeats the purpose of being here so this is a start...

I like playing my guitar, drawing, running/cross country, playing basketball, swimming, playin football, crew/rowing (in a boat), and pretty much any other sport. I love skateboarding and snowboarding during the winter and going to the beach and hanging out. I also do parkour, freerunning, martial arts/ playing with swords... ^_^ /being a ninja, and im starting tricking. I like to try new things and learn about everything i can (that im interested in...which is most things) even though it's kinda hard in school...I like changes in the weather...warm rain and heavy thunderstorms (even though they freak me out sometimes) during the summer, cool rain in the fall, snow in the winter, and Spring out on the water for crew where it's the perfect temperature. I like to meet new people even though it's really hard for me to trust people and to get mildly comfortable to talking to them. I love music...it's pretty much what keeps me going. Any type from rock to rap to reggae to Greek music! ^_^ Playing my guitar, and listening to music help a lot. Hugh, my cay, is my de-stresser and he helps me relax a lot and its the same thing with my guitar. I also like anime and reading. I try to cook sometimes but i usually dont have the time. So those are a lot of my interests but i know i'm forgetting a lot too...

Dirt, germs, the dark, stains, cracks, G2 (Gatorade), ne time with the number 11 in it as the minutes e.g. 2:11...i don't really dislike it but it sorta scares me bcuz it seems like every time I look at the clock its there...especially 9:11, homework, disorganization, our boathouse cuz it's so dirty..., when people say that "I am OCD"...because you can't be ocd because you can't be a disorder but u can HAVE ocd...constant intrusive thoughts, thoughts of suicide, death, hurting my family, friends, and myself. Being nervous about everything...especially being overweight...

All except I only like some country...
