Well... I am a really shy person, so openly talking about my OCD, can be scary for me... I have not been diagnosed with OCD, mostly do to fear... that being, even after years of rituals ... I still feel that I am at that stage, where it is just a thought... diagnosing will make it too real... I hope that makes sense...
Lately, days have seem to be worst... like even getting through a book... without rereading pages, is impossible. Which hurts because I truly love to read, but the emotional state the counting ritual puts me in is much worst. Or logging into websites without retyping my email 8 different times.... Night time, seems to be the worst, I really have nothing to take your mind off of it.... and with checking the door locks, windows or stove...
Not all days are bad, though, being around certain people helps... the overwhelming need to do rituals outside my home ...
